Welcome to St. John's School and Early Learning Center
We're committed to your family's strongest possible start.
So we partner with families to give their children the start at school they deserve: a place where each child can Grow in their Christian Faith, Excel in their Individual Education, and Thrive in a Vibrant Community.
I Am Growing In My Faith
Our Christian faith is at the heart of all we do. Each St John’s graduate has grown in the love of God, their understanding of His Word, and their ability to approach the curves of life with a Biblical worldview.
I Am Excelling In My Education
Quality teaching is a cornerstone to academic growth. Each student is relentlessly supported and challenged to become better each day, so that they are well-prepared for high school and beyond.
I Am Thriving In My Community
Finding our place in a healthy community is essential for every one of us. Each St. John’s graduate has been immersed in a vibrant network of solid friends, supportive educators, and family-honoring activities.
I am grateful for all the teachers and staff at this school. They are all invested and they love my kids and want what is best for them. This has always been such a blessing to our family.
St. John's School Parent
I've been very impressed with the overall culture of the school. Students are respectful to one another and treat one another with kindness.
St. John's School Parent
We love the teachers and that my child is allowed to thrive without excessive pressure or homework. It feels like a good balance of academics and allowing her to be a child.

What are MAP Assessments?
At St. John's School, we use MAP assessments to track our progress in a number of core content areas. These norm-referenced assessments are one component of our assessment process, and they give us valuable information on the effectiveness of our teaching and learning cycle, helping us plan for continual improvement for your students.
Who takes MAP Assessments?
What are our Next Steps?
- We analyze class data from every assessment, identify strengths and gaps, and plan for targeted improvement.
- We analyze data from lowest-attaining cohorts, identify gaps, and implement a more holistic plan for improvement.
- We analyze data from students new to St. John's this year and plan to address any learning gaps as appropriate.
