Registration and Application Process Overview

Early Learning Center
We are so glad that you are interested in enrolling your child at St. John's Early Learning Center! We care for children ages 18 months to 5 years of age. The cut-off date for each age group is September 15.

Enrollment, Registration, and Tuition for 2026-2027:
- Current Families: Enrollment opens on January 7, 2026.
- New Families: Enrollment opens on February 2, 2026.
- New family registration will begin at 7 am on February 2, 2026. Classes will be filled in the order that registration emails are received. Please fill out the registration form (1 form/child) and email it to elcdirector@sjdenver.org at 7 am.
- You will be notified if your child has been placed in a classroom for the upcoming school year or if they have been added to the waitlist within two weeks.
- Current families have priority to register for the following school year during the month of January.
- Most classrooms will be filled on February 2.
- We continue to take registrations throughout the year and fill classroom spots that become available due to families moving or withdrawing from the program.
- There is no fee for being on the waitlist.
- If your child is placed in a classroom, you will receive a letter detailing the next steps of enrollment, including how to pay the $205 enrollment fee + $39 Blackbaud Tuition fee.

Kindergarten - 8th Grade School
Thank you for considering St. John’s School for your child’s education! We proudly serve students from kindergarten through eighth grade, with a kindergarten cut-off date of September 15th.
Enrollment and Registration for 2026-2027:
- Current Families: Enrollment opens on January 7, 2026.
- New Families: Enrollment opens on February 2, 2026.
The enrollment fee is $360 if paid before February 28, 2026. The fee will increase to $390 on March 1, 2026. Please note that this fee is non-refundable unless St. John’s chooses not to accept your enrollment.
In December, families who have toured our school will receive a pre-enrollment email from Molly Hanson, outlining the next steps. Once you've completed the registration process and paid the enrollment fee, your child's place will be secured on our pre-enrollment list.
