Admissions and Enrollment

We are so glad that you are interested in enrolling your child at St. John's Early Learning Center! We care for children ages 18 months to 5 years of age. The cut-off date for each age group is September 15.

We are scheduling tours during and after school hours. We have also put together a virtual tour which we would love for you to view here on our website (above).

2024-2025 School Year Enrollment Information:

New family enrollment will begin at 7:00am February 1, 2024. Please fill out the registration form (1 form/child) and email it to elcdirector@sjdenver.org at 7:00am on Feb. 1. Classes will be filled in the order that registration emails are received. You will be notified if your child has been placed in a classroom for the upcoming school year or if they have been added to the waitlist within a week or so. If your child is placed in a classroom, you will receive a letter detailing the next steps of enrollment, including how to pay the $175 enrollment fee + $39 Blackbaud Tuition fee. General Enrollment Information

St. John’s usually has lengthy waitlists for all classrooms. Registration begins at 7 am on February 1 every year. The registration process for the following school year is based on a first come/first served basis. 

Current families have priority to register for the following school year during the month of January.

Most classrooms are filled on February 1st.

St. John’s continues to take registrations throughout the year and fill classroom spots that become available due to families moving or withdrawing from the program.

There is no fee for being on the waitlist.

Once your child is accepted into the program, you are expected to finish the registration process through TADS and Smart Tuition and pay the registration fee.

We need to receive a General Health Appraisal and Immunization Record from your child's doctor after acceptance into our program and before the first day of school. Please email elcinfo@sjdenver.org if you have any questions about this process.
