Enrollment and Tuition

We are so glad that you are interested in enrolling your child at St. John's Early Learning Center! We care for children ages 18 months to 5 years of age. The cut-off date for each age group is September 15. 

Enrollment and Registration for 2025-2026:

• New family registration will begin at 7 am on February 3, 2025. Classes will be filled in the order that registration emails are received. Please fill out the registration form (1 form/child) and email it to elcdirector@sjdenver.org at 7 am.
• You will be notified if your child has been placed in a classroom for the upcoming school year or if they have been added to the waitlist within two weeks.
• Current families have priority to register for the following school year during the month of January.
• Most classrooms will be filled on February 3.
• We continue to take registrations throughout the year and fill classroom spots that become available due to families moving or withdrawing from the program.
• There is no fee for being on the waitlist. 
• If your child is placed in a classroom, you will receive a letter detailing the next steps of enrollment, including how to pay the $175 enrollment fee + $39 Blackbaud Tuition fee.

Thank you for considering St. John’s School for your child’s education! We proudly serve students from kindergarten through eighth grade, with a kindergarten cut-off date of September 15th.

Enrollment and Registration for 2025-2026:

• Current Families: Enrollment opens on January 9, 2025.
• New Families: Enrollment opens on February 3, 2025.

To complete the registration process, all families are required to register and pay the Blackbaud registration fee: $310 per student from January 9 to February 28, and $360 per student starting March 1.

In December, families who have toured our school will receive a pre-enrollment email from Molly Hanson, outlining the next steps. Once you've completed the registration process and paid the enrollment fee, your child's place will be secured on our pre-enrollment list.
